Wall Hung Basin

The rag should be first grouted into the wall using cement or concrete, as per the distance between slots provided in the wash basin. The bolts should be fixed perpendicular to the wall.

Allow cement/ concrete to set. Check if the rag bolts are firmly fixed. Fix the wash basin in the bolts using nuts and washer.

Concealed Wall Hung

If the thickness of the plaster and tile are lesser than the dimensions mentioned above, the bolts that are supplied along with the bracket should be moved into the wall by using a suitable spacer washer between the bolt head and the bracket frame.

Allow cement/ concrete to set. Check if the rag bolts are firmly fixed. Fix the wash basin in the bolts using nuts and washer.

The bracket should be buried into the floor so that the height from the centerline of the bolt to the surface of the finished floor is 320.

For Wood Countertops

Mark and per-drill the wood screw holes at the locations shown on the template

Waterproof any exposed areas of wood .

For Marble Countertops

Position the countertop upside down on foam padding to protect the surface. Mark and drill 3/16’ holes and ⅝’ deep at the locations shown on the templates.

Use a setting tool and haer to secure the anchors.

For All Installations

For countertops not installed yet follow the steps given below.

Drill the faucet holes according to the faucet installation instruction.

Install the faucet to the counter top according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Install the drain to the lavatory according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Counter Wash Basin

Before you begin

  • Due to the typical nature of installation, under-counter basins should be installed by trained and experienced installers.
  • Inspect the waste and supply tubing if necessary.
  • Install the basin in such a way that its removal in future can be done freely and without damage.
  • Prior to installation, unpack the new basin and inspect it for damage. Keep the product to its protective carton when it is ready to be installed.
  • Observe all local plumbing and building codes.

Tools & Materials

  • Measure Tape
  • Sharp Knife Of Scissors
  • Keyhole
  • Saber Saw
  • Drill (½ dia, drill bit or larger)
  • Glasses
  • Haer
  • Rage Or Paper Toweling
  • NOTE : You may require different, more specialized tools to install this basin on countertop materials other than wood or wood components.

Install The Basin

  • Check the desired lavatory location for clearance between the back splash, faucet, fixture and cabinet.
  • Cut Out The Template.
  • Carefully position and trace the template on the counter top as directed on the template.
  • Mark The Faucet Hole Centerline On The Counter Top.
  • Drill A ½’ Pilot Hole On The Inside Of The Cut Line.
  • Cut out the counter top opening with a saber or keyhole saw.
  • NOTE : Install the basin in such a way that its removal in future can be done freely and without damage.
